2 Account Register

A valid account is required to access services on Karkya. All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Your account is strictly personal and may not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact Karkya Support immediately.
• Company employees and their immediate family members may operate accounts subject to certain restrictions.

A valid mobile number is required during registration. A verification OTP will be sent to that number, and completing OTP verification is mandatory to activate your account.

3 Age Verification & KYC

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play on Karkya. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. Karkya may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time to confirm a user's age and identity.

Any one of the following documents may be required for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

4 Deposits & Payments

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Karkya regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus comes with a wagering multiplier (e.g., x30). Multiply the bonus amount by that multiplier to calculate the total wagering requirement.
• Time Limit: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• One bonus per account: Claiming the same promotion more than once is prohibited.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Karkya are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased. In the event of any dispute over a game result, system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.

• If a round is interrupted due to network disconnection, the system will automatically determine the outcome for that round.

For Sports Betting, stakes are generally refunded if a match is cancelled or postponed. However, in specific circumstances, Karkya's decision will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

Karkya is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of all funds:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Karkya reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, users will be notified before any such action is taken.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. To reopen a closed account, please contact support.

• Suspended accounts are generally reactivated within 48 hours once verification is complete.
• Accounts closed due to rule violations may not be eligible for reactivation.
• An account closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion will only be reopened once the designated exclusion period has ended.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Accounts or funds related to an ongoing investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Internal resolution procedures must be completed before pursuing external arbitration or legal action.

Karkya operates under an international gaming regulatory authority. Users have the right to file a formal complaint against the Company directly with that regulatory body.
